Dreams - Potters Bar

We were welcomed in a friendly manner and asked if we needed help then we went about ourselves in peace to find our bed. We chose two but was visiting Fishpools as well . The next day we returned to Dreams after an unsuccessful time in Fishpools where the knowledge was nil and left us a bit discarded. The two outstanding assistants that served us are from your Potters Bar branch CUONG and a young lady whose name we can’t remember but has long black hair . They are a credit to your business .

It has been a very long time since receiving a first class customer service such as this, he was very attentive and listened to my needs before explaining all my options and what would best suit me. He have me aftercare but without being too pushy and for once I left without feeling like I was just another commission. We always but our bers from dreams but this gentleman was super helpful

I bought the air bed, ordered from store, very good and helpful sales assistant. Picked up, no problem next day.
