Shelley from Potters Bar store was very helpful. I told her what I was looking for and she was able to take me straight to the 2 bed frames in store which matched what I needed. She also new exactly which mattresses were my preferred type. She was so friendly and easy to talk to.

Josh was fantastic. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and we felt that we made the right choice with his help and felt that we got a great deal.

Really courteous staff with excellent product knowledge. Not too pushy but helpful and informative. Covid hygiene protocols were strictly and efficiently observed which was reassuring.
