I was very impressed with the help and friendliness of the person who dealt with my purchase (Rachel). In the end, because I had certain stipulations regarding the bed I wished to purchase, i.e., size, whether or not it needed turning side to side or top to tail, as well as the mattress itself - I didn't particularly want a memory foam or gel mattress - we got it down to a choice of two. I also purchased the headboard and base to go with the mattress. I think I made the right decision. I purchased my existing bed from Dreams about 10 years ago and it is still in very good condition. I am only purchasing a new bed now because it is recommended to replace a bed every 8 years.

The service by Georgina at your Potters Bar store was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. She understood our budget and requirements, and also did a weight/height computer assessment. Very impressed when she said the delivery could be at a convenient time.
