My partner and I decided we needed a new bed and frame. We were greeted by Ian and he had great knowledge on all products. Very easy to talk to and understood our needs. Ian made our vist very pleasant and we will be recommending dreams to our friends and family for sure.

Karen at the Crawley, West Sussex store, was just brilliant - friendly and professional, making me feel genuinely welcome. From placing my order to arranging delivery, assembly and removal of my current bed, nothing was too much trouble. Everything in my order was checked to make sure I was completely happy, and when I left, she came outside to see me off - a lovely personal touch that demonstrates why Dreams has such a great reputation for its customer service. I would not hesitate in recommending Dreams to my friends and family.
