the sales assistant was on hand to answer all our question but not pushy, she took time to explain the various options and delivery times to us and left feeling happy with our purchase and the way we were dealt with.

Jessica was really helpful answering any questions we had, she didn’t hover over us but explained how to find what we wanted - making us feel at ease. When we made our choice she was very good with us offering drinks whilst paperwork was sorted and generally being friendly.

The reason for this is the service that was provided by Nick Frost who dealt with our enquiries and purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable, provided info on all the options. Had a large amount of time to spend with us, and also gave us space to experience and try out the different products. He was friendly and relaxed. Fully explained the purchasing / order process and return options / guarantee. We felt 100% confidence and this is why we purchased with Dreams, this was entirely due to the service that Nick Frost provided.

Very friendly staff, even made a balloon for our son and one staff member played with him while we completed the order. Nick Frost answered all the questions we had and was very informative, very pleased with our purchase and our trip today.

I was very happy with Nick who served us, his knowledge was exceptional and we bel eave we came out with the best product for us on both price and quality.

The salesman made us feel at ease and explained we need to lay on the beds in our sleeping positions to really get a feel for the bed. I explained the issues I had with my back and he advised on the right mattress, he was very knowledgeable.
