Amazing service in dreams I was looking for bedroom furniture, new mattress and bed frame I was shown a few mattress and the help was really good Nick helped measure the furniture and supported reassuring me when looking at carpet and wallpaper x 10/10 service and support

From entering the Crawley branch of Dreams, the Manager Robin was very welcoming and efficient, once we chose our bed the rest of the process was very quick.

The member of staff that took my order was very helpful, answered all the questions and queries that I had. The order process was very quick and easy.

The assistant took time to understand our needs and likes/dislikes. He went through a process of elimination with us to find the right mattress for us. There were a lot of different mattresses to try instore

Nicolas was extremely helpful. He was able to look up the details on our last purchase, despite that being 12 years ago and help match our mattress bought then with a similar specification modern (Gel based) equivalent. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. He also provided hot drinks whilst we discussed options, making the whole process a suprisingly enjoyable experience!

The store was well laid out and the beds and mattresses were clearly labelled with the type and level of firmness. The store assistant was very helpful and made us a coffee.
