Very helpful. No hard selling. Was offered tea and coffee. Relaxed atmosphere.

We spoke to the manager at Crawley he was approachable, he walked us through the different style of beds and mattresses.

Needed guidance on choosing a mattress and received good service.

Jessica was very good the way she took my order and arranged a delivery date which suited me overall very pleased
