Great service from Nicholas at the Crawley store who was very helpful and had good detailed knowledge of all the products.

We felt very comfortable. We did not feel pressured. Nicholas was very knowledgeable and explained the benefits of each product that we looked at. He gave us space to discuss things between ourselves. We have already advised friends that if they are looking for a bed or just a mattress they would find Nicholas extremely helpful. We are both in our 70's and it is so important when buying something that we are not pressured into buying something that would not be suitable.

The sales assistant Nicholas was extremely knowledgeable and totally understood our needs. He gave us plenty of time to lie on our short list of 2/3 mattresses without putting pressure on us but at the same time he was nearby when we asked questions. Coffee was also very good !

Looked on line before we visited store.Wanted to try beds.Extremley helpful and informative assistant.we found what we wanted within our budget.

The staff helped provide a personal and supportive service giving a full range of information regarding the bed I chose as well as advising on the different features

We went in just to get a mattress but ended up walking out having purchased a whole new bed
