Nicholas was the salesman who took us through the different beds and explained the structure of different beds very professionally. Choosing a bed is a difficult experience and the added bonus of being able to return the mattress should it not suit is fantastic and takes the stress out of wondering if one has made the right decision.

I visited the Crawley branch and was met by Nicholas, who was very helpful and very courteous. He assisted me with my purchase from the start to purchasing and loading in my car. Nicholas is a huge asset to Dreams, I left a very happy customer, thank you.

We were approached by Nicholas, who quite clearly has a very in depth knowledge of his subject, and by using non intrusive but effective probing questions ascertained our specific needs. To the point that once he established our needs, he showed us the first bed/mattress combination. which we ultimately purchased. Although we tried other suggestions, Nicholas's expertise meant he chose the exact right item straight off. Personally I have an aversion to pushy sales people, and have been known to leave a store specifically to avoid such people. but Nicholas managed the exact right balance between sales and sharing information. We discussed all permutations of styles, colours and mattress type, and even though we spent more than we were intending, as a result of the background knowledge we were given I still felt we had secured a very good deal. Nicholas took time to interact with our 5 yr old son, who was not as excited with bed shopping as we were, meaning we all felt comfortable and relaxed. Yes I would return and Yes I would recommended this store to friends and family. Good range of display items, good accessibility and excellent sales and customer services skills.

The assistant spotted me and offered help immediately but without being pushy. She helped me find exactly what I wanted and was friendly with a nice polite sense of humour and proffesional.

In a short phrase we found the staff extremely courteous obviously experienced with loads of knowledge.

The staff was very helpful and keen to help us to find the product. Staff demonstrated very good knowledge of the products and answered our queries.

Friendly and Knowledgeable

Our requirements were taking into consideration and a suitable bed was offered within an acceptable budget.

We looked for bedroom furniture in other stores and found some nice stuff but it was always extra for assembly and fitting, plus accessories were expensive. When we went into the Crawley Dreams store Nicolas served us, he was helpful and not pushy and very knowledgeable plus showed us the quality of the goods. We ordered on the 3 for 2 offer and got fitting and assembly all in the price, plus, because we saved so much money we ordered lots of extras which were also very good value. We have ordered very high quality bedroom furniture, but at a very good price, with no hassle. What else can you ask for!

Jessica dealt with us, we new exactly what we wanted and she gave us just that. She Offered us 3 alternatives within our budget, and didn't try to pressurise us into extras we didn't want although we appreciate the need to offer extended guarantees etc. She dealt with the purchase quickly and efficiently. I would definitely deal with her again.
