Nick was exceptionally helpful. He went over & above any other sales assistant I've met before. He spent time with me making sure I was happy with my choices & the price. A credit to your company.

During my visit i was unsure about the different types of combo mattresses. The sales assistant was more than able to clarify what the difference was and the advantage and disadvantages of each one. From here they also helped me decide on a size suitible for me and also clarified the pricing confusion between the different beds and mattresses which i orginally encountered due to me reading the price charts incorrectly.

The staff made sure we knew they were available but weren’t in any way pushy or overly-attentive, thus allowing my wife and I to browse the ranges of mattresses at our own pace. The salesman interjected at appropriate times to draw our attention to the firmness ratings and the different types of mattress available. When we’d made our choice he was patiently waiting for us. Very helpful throughout our purchase.

Easy to find what we wanted

The store assistant took her time to understand what we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect mattress.

As we entered the store a young man asked if we needed help. We had a few questions which he answered with helpful answers. He was very knowledgeable with his answers so we ordered a new bed at that time. Very good
