Good attention and help without feeling under pressure to make a purchase

I was looked after by Nick, he gave sound and knowledgeable advice, demonstrated our options based on our needs without being pushy. Great experience.

The person serving us, Nickolas, didn't pressurise us at all but listened carefully to our needs and requests and then showed us several options, explaining how each bed and mattress might suit our needs but at no time did we feel pressured into buying any particular product over another. This enabled us to choose the bed during the visit which is an unusual occurrence for us as we normally need time to go away and decide. A thoroughly professional service provided from start to finish.

Nicholas greeted me shortly after I came in the store and was very polite and friendly. I said I had seen a product on the website, he explained that this wasnt on the showroom but let me try a similar mattress. He asked me about my sleeping patterns and also understood about the recent surgery I had on my shoulder and explained the way mattresses support our bodies. He showed me the basic spring mattress and then the sleepeeze pocket mattress, and let me try that out. Nicholas was very good as he gave me all the information I needed to make the right choice for me. In the past I have gone for the cheapest option and have suffered back pain so I am really looking forward to wonderful nights sleep in my new bed.

I had researched the quality and prices of mattresses before I went to the store. I was met by a knowledgeable colleague who showed me my options and then left me alone to make up my own mind. Upon requesting to place an order the matter of choosing a delivery date and payment of the mattresses was completed quickly. It was a comfort to know that the old mattresses would be collected at the same time as delivery of the new mattresses and would thereafter be sent to a bone fide re-cycling unit. The whole experience was painless.

Nick frost was extremely helpful and informative about all the products available and what best suited our needs as a family. We were offered tea and coffee while we browsed which was a nice touch as well. The product range was good and the ability to sample all was helpful. The cost was reasonable and the three for two offer on furniture really helped with the price.
