We were served in the crawley store by Nicholas who was extremely helpful, showed us all of our options within our budget and was really great at finding the perfect bed for us

Served by Ian the manager who was knowledgeable and attentive. He allowed plenty of time for us to understand the complexities of shopping for a bed. There was no hint of pressurised selling and we were allowed time to consider all the options. We purchased during our first visit, luckily the store was quiet as it was a weekday.

The team were super helpful and could not do enough to understand my needs and preferences. The price was a lot cheaper than I was expecting to pay from research I’d done online.

The friendliness of store staff as well as extreamly good product knowledge and helping me find the right product given what I specifically needed. Really Impressive

From the moment we entered the showroom to the the time we left we were treated extremely well and the time we took choosing was not an issue. The sales rep was very knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful , explaining everything we needed to know as we went through the process of choosing the right bed and mattress. We will definitely use Dreams again and would recommend highly to others.

The assistance and advice in the shop was really good and the delivery team were efficient, friendly and helpful.

The help we received from Karen at your Crawley branch was in a word OUTSTANDING. Nothing was to much trouble, we were not pushed into buying and given time to test and browse at our leisure. Karen's knowledge of your products was very impressive and it was all done with a smile. Amazing service.
