The Dreams salesman (Nick)listened to and understood our needs showed us the same "firmness" in different mattresses and also left us to talk and lay on the beds without feeling awkward.

Nicholas was amazing throughout the whole visit. We originally went in to get a bed and mattress for our son, Nicholas was extremely good at his job, made us feel at ease throughout. We also ended up buying ourselves a new mattress! Spent over double what we intended to spend! But very happy customer 🙂🙂

It was late in the day when we arrived in store, but were welcomed immediately. The customer service we received was excellent, and the staff answered any questions we had and guided us to the best choice of bed for us. Very pleased with our purchase.

Emma seemed highly trained in her knowledge of all the different types of mattresses and beds. She was patient and friendly offering us coffee and taking an interest in my Granddaughter. She explained everything clearly and we left feeling that we had been looked after.
