Lady assistant was very helpful and also left us while we finally made our decision, not many do this.

Jessica was perfect! knew exactly what kind of mattress i needed,

when we entered the store we were greeted well, the assistant was not pushy which we liked and was very approachable when we need assistance. Her product knowledge was very good and she was able to answer all our questions.

Greeted upon arrival by Nick Frost who listened to our requirements, dispelled myths about certain types of mattresses, talked to us in depth about the mattress and based on our responses recommended certain products and encouraged us to try them and different pillows. Offered us coffee, gave us time to discuss and try repeatedly the mattresses we liked and at no time did we feel self conscious or silly. It was a great customer service experience without feeling pressurised into making a purchase - thanks Nick!!
