Nicholas was approachable, friendly, very knowledgeable and far from pushy, allowing us plenty of time to test different types of mattress and greeting us warmly after a long period (a few months) of thought. The store is conveniently located and is well stocked with a wide range of mattress types giving us the best range to select from.

We were given excellent help and advice from Nicholas the salesman. He was informative without being too pushy and gave us enough good info for us to make an informed choice about what we felt would be good for us.

my wife and I were very satisfied with the knowledge and time Nicholas (assistant manager crawley store) gave to do , time was no problem for him, was not pushy at all and helped all the way through

The sales agent Nick was very attentive and able to answer all my questions. In addition my mother whom is 81 was well looked after, while I looked around

Welcomed to the store. Supplied with refreshment. Jessica who served us was extremely helpful and patient as we were not so much undecided as we had already picked the bed frame from your website, but had no idea which matress to have. After a lot of testing we were able to find the perfect fit.

On arrival we were made to feel very welcome. During our visit we were offered refreshments several times. The sales person Nick Frost was extremely knowledgeable and honest on all the products we enquired about, unlike some previous stores we have visited recently. In fact it was because we so impressed with Nick Frost we decided to make our purchase there and then.

Nicholas' knowledge of all your products was first rate, as a result it took us no time at all in making our minds up what we wanted/needed, very friendly and relaxed service made the whole process of buying our new bed a whole lot easier than we were expecting it too.

The sales assistant, Nicholas, was very helpful and was able to assess which mattresses would suit us best and helped us to narrow down our choices to two quite quickly.

The sales person and store staff were excellent. I would just rather not wait a month to get the mattress in todays consumer society.
