Jess was patient and listened to our differing needs and responded in a clear consistent manner. She showed an understanding of how different beds allowed people to have a good night's rest and was able to suggest appropriate beds for us to try. She provided us with an environment which which allowed us to lie on the beds without pushing us to make a decision. we spent over 2 hours deciding which bed to choose She explained clearly the advantages of each type of bed in a clear manner and was a delight to talk to
