The salesman made contact promptly, listened , explained about the different mattresses. After I had the details I needed I was left alone ( very much appreciated) to recheck /try different beds. The salesman gave me space , no pressure but was available as and when I needed. Once I had made a decision the ordering was very straightforward.

Understood what we were looking for, and didn't try to oversell us items.

Extremely efficient and friendly, knowledgeable assistant named Nicholas who gave excellent customer service to my wife and I the whole time we were there. Coffee was great too.
