Dreams - Crawley

I had looked at the product online but wanted to try it before placing an order. I found the mattress very quickly and had my questions answered. I had little time and the manager was aware of this and worked very efficiently to get the paperwork completed ASAP.

Robin was very helpful and took time to ask what exactly we were looking for, we looked around the store and then went elsewhere to see what else was available but came back to dreams as we preferred the bedframe you had. He was very helpful on our return also, asking if we had found anything else we liked. We also purchased pillows and bedding and he talked to us about the differences in the pillows and also the thread count of the bedding. He was very knowledgable and made us feel very comfortable, including my 18month old daughter.

We were greeted on entering the shop, left to get accustomed to the store, then asked if we required any help. Nicholas the assistant gave us enough information about the product we wanted without bombarding us with science and enough not to leave us with questions. We went to Bensons to check prices and were met with a totally different experience , they did not talk to us, and finally pointed to a budget bed that quite frankley we were able to do ourselves. So we went back to Nicholas at Dreams

Nicholas was extremely helpful and shared with me, a wealth of knowledge about the products. Thank you!

The guy who helped us knew the products and understood our requirement and pointed out the beds from which we should choose.

I had actually gone into Carpetright and selected a bed but they were not sure on the price and said they would ring the next day to confirm if I could have the bed at the price originally quoted. I then went to Dreams and was served by a very competent man. The bed that I have picked, although not expensive has turned out to be better bed value than Carpetright. So I can honestly say I am a very satisfied customer.

Nice, easy to talk too staff, good product knowledge, I wasn't rushed in to a decision.
