When entering the store, we were immediately acknowledged. We were asked what we were looking for, and Nicholas showed us to the correct area, explained the different types of mattress ( as we were not really sure what we needed ) and there properties. Whilst we were testing! He offered us a coffee, very impressed!

Nicholas was very helpful, he showed us many types of beds to meet our requirements and had helpful tips which we hadn't thought about. He knew about products which were not in the showroom and after I described what I wanted he found us the perfect solution. He took the time to let us try several mattresses and was very friendly and easy to talk to.
