Nicholas, gave us information, then left us alone until we approached him to ask further questions. he did offer and made us coffee. he didn't pressurise us and was very helpful.

We wnet in with a pretty much definate idea on our requirements but on talking to Nicholas we had a bit of a rethink and slightly modified them. This was all down to the information and advice we received from him. He raised lots of points which we had not thought of and he very efficiently sold us our mattress.

Nick Frost was extremely helpful, he was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He also allowed me time to look around the store without being pressured but was helpful when help was requested. I was very impressed.

Having never visited before I found Dreams showroom easy to find. Layout in store was clean and very clear and salesman gave me suitable space before offering helpful advice. Very quick and easy
