Customer service was excellent from Nicholas at our Crawley branch, he was very helpful with finding the perfect Mattress for me and was always very polite and friendly. I didn't feel pressured and he made me feel at ease I was very pleased with my purchase and got a great deal. Thanks to Nicholas I left a very happy customer

The level of knowledge of the sales assistance was extremely good. There was no question we asked that he could not answer satisfactorily and he was able to advise on all products and their suitability for our needs. The range of products was sufficient to give us a good choice and we were able to match our needs with a suitable mattress.

We were dealt with by Nicholas at the Crawley store. He was excellent. Very friendly, so knowledgable and helped guide us to find the bed that was right for us. We had no idea what to get, but Nicholas took the time to take us through everything and make sure we made the right choice. We were given a coffee whilst mulling over the choices. Excellent customer service all round.
