Great salesman, no pressure. large range of options on display

I brought my bed in the crawley store. When I entered the store there was only one salesman working and I must admit that I thought that if I found a bed that I liked it would take a long time to get some advise from him as he was already seeing to a customer. I looked at all the beds and found one that was suitable for me and after just a short time the salesman had finished with the customer and came over to me,He gave me all the advise that I needed so I ordered the bed and I am very impressed with the way he managed to handle everything Well done.

The assistant was very good and really helped us. We would definitely use Dreams again in the future.

I struggle to make decisions so expected this to be a long drawn out process. Instead it was relatively painless and made my decision a lot quicker than expected due to the help of the manager Robin.

We had the right amount of assistance, not too much that you felt pressured and not too little that you felt alone in making the decision. Very impressed.

when we arrived in the store we were left alone to look around when we needed help the assistant came over we were not pestered at all showed us prices from high to low and helped us choose the right bed and mattress his knowledge was very good

Robin was excellent. He listened to my needs and helped me with his advice to find the right product for me.

Although the mattress we wanted was one of a few that were not in the sale, we thought its better to go for the one we felt most comfortable. Delivery was quick and efficient. On placing the mattress on the bed we thought this feels a bit firmer than we hoped/remembered, however first night and since has been brilliant. Really comfortable, although quite warm. Very happy with purchase and service.

this store in Crawley is easy to get to and park for us. The ease of access around the store. The wide range of mattresses and beds. The helpfulness and knowledge of Nicholas who served us.
