we were greeted politely as we entered the store but allowed us to browse until we requested help and advice.We were then shown different matresses that we had requested and explaned the the difference of support for our needs.

Your member of staff that served us (Nick I think he was called) was very helpful, friendly and his product knowledge was 100%

The assistant was friendly and helpful. The products were good. I would have like them delivered earlier than 3 weeks and to have a delivery date for my Kinder mattress but was satisfied otherwise.

The person serving had excellent knowledge and gave us valuable advice enabling us to make a decision easier which product to choose

The assistant was very friendly and even offered us tea, coffee or a hot chocolate. I was pleasantly surprised to find customer toilets in the store too and they were spotlessly clean.

Robin was very attentive, knowledgable and accommodating. We decided to change the head board colour the following day and there was no problem with our request. He looked after us very intently and had a pleasant manner about him. We would have no hesitation in coming back.

Very helpful staff. Understanding about our needs and gave us options. We were not rushed to make a decision. We were made to feel comfortable.
