We had one of your colleagues on hand immediately we arrived, offered us the services of hot drink, declined at the time but took up later, good coffee. We had identified the bed we were interested in on line and was one that was on show. Immediately satisfied with the choice and moved order a mattress, we were interested in the memory foam style, but Robin asked us to try the gel style which we felt very comfortable with. Setting up the payment plan was vert smooth, we wanted the recycle option and the price you charge is very reasonable and fair. Delivery set and agreed, so now looking forward to the delivery experience and a very good nights sleep. Our overall experience was very pleasing and ably managed by your sales manage Robin

Nick the sales assistant was excellent we told him what we wanted he found it we bought it. He was very knowledgable about the products and how they compare, as I said excellent.

The whole purchasing process was seamless and friendly.

I had already researched online and so had a good idea of what we wanted. The sales assistant did not try to sell us something we didn't want and only offered advice when we asked. We didn't feel pressured and had plenty of time to look around. Apart from the computer being slow during the order process we felt it was a good experience.

We were helped by a chap called Nick Frost from the Crawley branch. He was excellent and really knows his stuff. My husband and I must've bounced on at least 15 different beds. He was very patient and gave great advice. We were very happy with how quick the delivery date was too.

Friendly knowledgeable staff, no pressure techniques.

We popped in to browse products, we weren't pounced on by sales assistants and w Evelyn at ease wandering around. When we did have a question Nick Frost was available immediately. He gave us the confidence that it'll be delievered soon and how easy it was to sort. We went away to discuss it and came back about 3 hours later. He remembered us and took us straight to the desk to purchase it. We really appreciated his honesty and spoke to us like friends. It was such an easy process, we'd be happy to recommend.

The guys we dealt with were very friendly and listened to what we wanted. They allowed us time to make our decision and gave help and advice exactly when needed. They made us feel welcome and not intimidated or forced to buy as you can be sometimes happen in such circumstances. I would consider them 2 of the best sales team I have ever come across and would appreciate it if they were recognised by your company for the good job they are doing. (One chap was called Nick, but I'm afraid didn't catch the other team member's name.)

Having been met on arrival in your Crawley store by Nicholas, the whole process was excellent. From Nicholas's knowledge, help and excellent service, the selection of mattresses on offer and ability to test them, to my eventual purchase and taking away from the store there and then.
