Robin the Store Manager personally served me whilst suffering with a heavy cold. He was extremely knowledgable, let me lay on many beds and explained the best divan combi to have for a SK size mattress

arrived in store quite early so only one other customer and therefore no problem with service provided. Nicholas seemed to know his business and to appreciate my requirements and also the price range in which I was operating so did not try to force me to look at products outside of my price range. Nicholas was polite and helpful throughout my visit
