Nicholas was very helpful. He listened carefully and identified the right bed and most suitable mattress for our needs. This involved trying out several mattresses before deciding which one we wanted.

Needed a bed fast and Dreams have delivered that Only gripe was not in colour we wanted

I came to the Crawley store sat 03.12.2016 without being to much into my face Nicolas approached me and ask if he could help.I explained that we are moving next week 3hr from LGW and i need bed,mattress, wardrobe,and i would like the bed to be delivered before christmas(rest of furnitures can be after)i pointed to the bed i liked and he said that one can not be delivered before Christmas but other products can.few minutes later i had list with products i need.But like most of us :) i said i would like to check the shop in County Oak Bensons for Beds.I went there and what a shock experience that was!.The women who i ask the same question what i asked Nicolas treated me like i am pain in neck,she didnt want check for me availability for bed only.The other 2 male staff wont even listen that i will just need bed for now.Then it just went from bad to worst as when they suggest to her to show me different set she turn back to them and start pulling faces like "do i really have to do that".I was very surprise by her attitude,So i just said thank you and i walk away.The end of the story is £3000 later and fantastic Nicolas to deals with we will have furnitures From Dreams.:)

Friendly manner and was able to provide the information easily. Order was placed quickly.

We were assisted by Nicholas, who was extremely knowledgable and helpful and also very personable. I can only describe our experience as 'the comedy hour' ...... we had a really good time with lots of laughs and at the end of it, I hope, a beautiful bed 😆
