I went into the store with one thing in my mind, I needed a firm mattress right there and then. I asked the customer service assistance, Nick, if there were any ex-display mattresses that were firm and available for a quick delivery. He took me over to two possible mattresses. After trying the first one, I decided that was perfect. He knocked the price down to half price and also gave me two new pillows as well. Excellent, friendly service. I got exactly what I wanted. Also, today the mattress was delivered. Both delivery men were very efficient, chirpy and took the mattress to the bed in 1 minute. Very pleased with the whole service.
