It would have been a little easier to compare the Tempur products if they were side by side in the store, otherwise our vist to the shop was informative and useful. There was no pressure to buy but plenty of advice about the products available. We are returning a Tempur Original mattress and replacing it with a Cloud mattress. The collection and delivery were arranged for the same day. Excellent!
