Dreams - Crawley

The Sales person Robin was friendly, knowledgeable and helped with our selection. We have spent many months looking for our ideal mattress and hopefully have found the right one

The gentleman in the crawley branch (Nicholas) was extremely polite and helpful, we were given a lovely cup of tea while the paperwork was done.

The Dreams colleague, Nicholas, was helpful. The item was available in the size we wanted ie single. The item was ordered on Monday and installed on Thursday by two very pleasant delivery men. Very pleased that I did not have to wait two or three weeks for delivery. The two hour time slot was also much more helpful than an am/pm time.

The salesman was available to answer questions but not pushy or overbearing, Made for an enjoyable experience.

The store staff were available and answered any questions and queries about different mattresses. But what was really brilliant is that they also left us alone to try out different mattresses at our own pace. (I tried Bensons for Beds before going to Dreams, but was really put off by the saleswoman at Bensons who didn't leave us alone and watched over us as we tried different beds out - she made me feel so uncomfortable I looked elsewhere and so was very happy with the staff in Dreams!) What was also totally fantastic is that they also made us a cup of tea!!

Friendly staff, with the knowledge of what they were selling, no hurry attitude, nice experience . Buying beds are not done regularly as expensive items ,the staff relived this was a big purchase and took hassle out of the experience by telling you about product and not rushing you. Thank you for your excellent attitude.

We went in with fairly specific requirements and even after we had decided on the model, deciding on colours etc involved a bit of back and forth but at no time did Nicholas (who was looking after us) become impatient despite being well after closing time by the time we were finished.

The staff were friendly and knew the products well. Gave good advice and did not try to push us into buying the most expensive items
