The salesperson ensured we understood the differences between products and explained the whole process of placing an order, delivery and removal of the old bed before even we made our decision. We felt under no pressure at any time and left feeling completely satisfied we had done the right thing in placing the order the same day.

Good selection at fair prices. Sales people were friendly and knowledgeable and never pushy, let us make our own decisions on what we liked and respected our budget

The sales assistant helped us to find the nearest to the mattress we already have (it was a repeat purchase). Nicholas had a lot to knowledge about the products in the store at Crawley.
