Not to much pressure from the assistant to upgrade our requirements and unstood what we wanted

I found it very easy and the staff were very helpful. Would definitely use ye again and i will be telling all my friends and family about the company and how well the staff and the products are...Thank you DREAMS

The member of staff was very welcoming. He asked what were we looking for and explained the benefits of the products that would be best for us. He let us have time on our own to discuss our options.

Nick Frost had an excellent knowledge of the product he was selling - he was polite and helpful, we ended buying 2 mattresses instead of 1

The sales assistant was very professional and clearly knew and understood the products.

The Assistant we spoke to was knowledgeable, friendly and took time with us to understand our needs.

Robin is a very expiriance salesperson, new all about the beds in stock and pointed us in the right direction with no waffle.

A really knowledgeable and helpful salesman, was not pressured into a purchase, just guided within my budget, will return for additional products in the coming months
