The sales person was very new the product very well and was able to help us with our choice of bed and mattress

The assistant was very friendly and helped enormously with his knowledge of the products we bought, plus he was amusing .

We were made very welcome as soon as we arrived in the store, the sales man gave my wife and myself all the help we needed in choosing our perfect bed! We would definitely recommend Dreams to our friends and use it again ourselves if we need any more beds.

It was a boiling hot day and the sales person in Crawley, Nick Frost, offered us a drink etc. Was totally efficient and new exactly what we were after. Went through all the types of mattresses etc and told us to take as long as we wanted laying on the bed. Ordered our bed, made sure we were happy with the delivery date etc, got a deal also on the mattress cover and pillows. Mr Nick Frost was very helpful and we would recommend him to anything. thanks

We were greet by Nicholas who was friendly, helpful, polite and very knowledgable. We had specific needs about the type of bed and a delivery and he quickly researched and met these needs.

Everything displayed well. Laid out in easy way to find things Staff very friendly and helpful but not in your face and didn't hover around you trying to make a quick sale which I find very annoying ! They told me the basics and left me to it and were there to hand if I needed any further assistance

The member of your staff who served us was very helpfull and quickly attended to our request for help and information. Although of no relevance to the sale of the purchase that we made he was willing to talk with us after the sale had been completed over a cup of tea. I realised we had met him before in another store many years ago when purchasing electrical goods.
