Dreams - Crawley

The Dreams store was nicely laid out. There was ample parking outside (always a bonus for potential customers). The Dreams assistant was approachable without being intrusive and gave us plenty of time to try out our preferred mattress choices. We weren't pressured into making any decisions other than our own and were pleased to find that many of the mattresses on offer, were well within our budget. Our only disappointment was that we had missed the sales deadline by one day. Delivery was arranged for today and the team delivering were courteous, efficient and timely.

I have purchased from Dreams before and was extremely satisfied then. The service we had from purchase to delivery was excellent. Knowledgable, helpful and courteous staff, just what you want.

Nicholas was really attentive and worked with us to make a purchase within our budget .

We purchased a new mattress on 16/06/2016 from the Crawley branch. We spent approximately an hour in the store as we couldn't decide. The member of staff, Nicholas was very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. He allowed us the time we needed to make our choice.

We couldn't thought the knowledge of Nik, he listened to our thoughts and guided us for the best product for us. he was happy to stay later to help us but the credit agreement through, he was very friendly and felt he was willing to go that extra mile.

Nicholas was very helpful and informative and made us feel like a valued customer.

Greeted warmly by staff quickly asked what we needed and we were given lots of information about product then asked to try the mattress.....given chance to ask any questions all were answered with confidence.
