Dreams - Crawley

We entered Dreams in Crawley late on Saturday 4th June. We were looking for a small double bed for our son. The sales assistant was very helpful and steared us away from the bed frames we were originally looking at and advised uson a divan - this is something we hadn't thought about. This is a very good idea as the bed will fit much more comfortably in the room. The salesperson (Robin) was very knowledgeable and helpful - helping us find a suitable date for delivery despite our busy working schedules. I would recommend Dreams to any friend or family.

The manager helped us and he was very good new what he was talking about and couldn't have been more helpfully

Spoke to a very nice chap called Callum, he was new to the store but made us feel right at home and new exactly what he was doing.

Nick the sales advisor assisted me when I visited the store to get idea of prices and availability, the following day I went in again with my partner to show her, and we placed the order for two beds and mattresses

I got served by Nicholas in the Crawley branch! He was very friendly didn't rush me at buying anything! He was very very helpful and this is the 2nd time I have brought something from the Crawley branch and both times got served by him! Will deffently be going back again!

We were dealt withy the Store Manager, who had excellent customer skills and product knowledge and was able to talk us through the purchase with ease
