Dreams - Crawley

Went to the store having viewed a mattress online and expecting to buy that one but when we tried it out found that it was not suitable for our needs so we were advised of an alternative by the very helpful and friendly Dreams representative. There was only negligible difference in the price and we did not feel at all pressured to buy and were free to browse a range of alternatives. The representative was knowledgeable about both the product range and individual sleep patterns which is important in deciding on an appropriate mattress and made the experience relaxed and stress free.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The store had easy access and was very say to walk around . All items were displayed properly and easy to look at.

I knew what I was looking for when going into shop and the salesman, Nick, was very helpful and immediately offered me help. The order was processed and explained to me very efficiently.

The assistant took the time to listen to our requirements and tried to fulfill them. He also made an effort to effect delivery as soon as possible as this was needed by us.

Fast and efficient service and the salesman was not pushy at all.

The gentle man we dealt with had great knowledge and was extremely helpful. He understood we needed something fairly quickly and got everything sorted for us. I would recommend Dreams to anyone after my previous experiences with other organisations. Thanks again to Nicholas who helped us.

The store was well set out with information about the beds clearly visible. The products appeared to cater for most tastes and are available for quick delivery. The salesmen showed good product knowledge and we're very helpful and polite.

In and out within 30 mins. We new want we wanted.

Nick ,the Sales Consultant was very helpful and knowledgable about all the products, didn't push us but gave us plenty of time to make up our minds. Also good choice of mattresses, and found what we needed.

We were given time to look at beds by ourselves but then Robin was very quick and helpful when addressing our requirements for our next bed and efficiently directed us to the relevant mattresses and bases. He was very friendly, polite and happy to answer all our questions.
