Very helpfull staff what I like is for staff to assist customers not to hound them when you walk though the door.

We were highly satisfied because the asistance answered all our questions was very informative and fiendly made us feel very relaxed and we also enjoyed our time shopping in your store and he was not pushy , thankyou.

I had a very specific request which was handled well - I was only purchasing a bas and not a full divan set but this did not affect the interaction with Nick - he was professional and gave great advice.

We had bought a standard double bed about a year ago and wanted to colour match a headboard for this bed. The Sales Advisor was extremely helpful in locating our original order on his work station. From there it was just a matter of choosing a style. The whole experience was swift and enjoyable. Many thanks.

Had two visits in two days to this store, the first being on the 11/1/16 it was about 20 minutes before the store closed, but Nicholas was more than willing to talk us through the products and show us everything we asked, we didn't feel rushed or pushed into anything, but because he was going to close I said I would pop back the next day and have another look and place the order, which I did, Nicholas wasn't there, but Robin helped me with the order, and everything was done very quickly and smoothly!

Efficient friendly and knowledgeable service

Robin provided a great service and knew the product that I wanted, even though it was not in the store. He was able to show me the mattress which was the main purpose of the visit, and I was highly satisfied that I was able to try it. He was able to help me process the order quickly and helped guide me through every step of the process, and gave me every option there was available to choose from. He was friendly and genial at every stage, willing to help meet what I was after, and helped with the entire process.
