Staff were very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for and it was very simple to order delivery to home

Nicholas our assistant was very informative knowledgable and friendly

None of the salesmen were pushy. They were on hand to answer any questions. Nick was extremely knowledgeable & guided us through our purchase giving us time & space to discuss. The products on sale were clear (the discounts in the sale could have been higher/more) & he even suggested measuring our bedroom before making a purchase in case we made a mistake. We did return the day after & Nick was more than accommodating.

The chaps in both stores I went to (Crawley and T. Wells) were very knowledgeable and ready to help.

We went to the Crawley Dreams store and dealt with Nicholas, he was very helpful and spent time discussing each of the mattresses that we were looking at. He had a good knowledge of the mattresses and we didn't rushed or pressured into purchasing a mattress.

Staff we're very helpful and knowledgable about the products. They listened to what we were looking for and offered appropriate advice..

The member of staff dealing with us was very friendly and highly knowledgeable about the products, so was very helpful. The only issue we really came across on our visit was the lack of super king sized bed choices but that was not his fault. He still did his best to help us.
