I was approached by a friendly member of staff - Robin who I believe is the Store Manager who helped and guided me in my bed purchase. Without him I wouldn't have been able to make the choice as he explained everything in detail even when I wanted him to go back over details he'd had already explained, he was very patient and understanding. He was knowledgeable without being pushy and that is good salesman!
