The salesman was very polite and friendly whilst remaining professional. He was very helpful and seemed happy in his role which was apparent in his whole manner whilst serving us.

On visit to the store is wasn't pounced on by the sales team was left alone to browse around then I approach the sales team for help he was very good showing me different types of mattresses and all the extras available the only thing I was disappointed with there was quilt, guilt cover set as a freebie as I spent over £1700

The assistant/salesman advised me to tryout several mattresses to try out the comfort and also asked on which side I sleep to advise me on what would be the better mattress

Experienced staff and friendly service, also explained the difference in the mattresses my son was looking at And assured me if within 40 days my son could not get on with his choice he could Exchange for a different type. My son went in to test the mattress before he went to work and did not realise he had dropped his wallet on the floor by the bed having canx all his cards as it was late Sunday. I phoned the store and the staff had found the wallet and kept it till it was able to pick it up. We where very grateful as his driving licence and self employed card was also in the wallet. All money was still in the wallet. So very trust worthy staff too.

The member of staff was helpful, knowledgeable and made us really think about what type of mattress we needed. Helped us make the right choice.

sales person was helpful in steering us to the correct product for us. product delivered within two days.

Although we buying via staff discount, we were still given the same level of customer service
