The staff were particularly helpful and friendly during my visit today. I was offered plenty of useful information about the products I was interested in and the specific sales chap, Nicholas I believe, was very well informed.

Myself and my partner visited the Crawley store and we were looking for a new bed for our new home. We were served by Nicholas in the store, and his product knowledge was exceptional he helped us throughout the time we were there and he offered exceptional customer service throughout.

The sales assistant (Shirley) at the Crawley branch, was very knowledgable about the products. She was also very patient with us as we were not sure exactly what we needed. She explained very clearly the facts and benefits of each bed we looked at, which helped us greatly in reaching a decision. All the sales staff were welcoming, polite and made us feel very relaxed.
