The sales person Nick Frost helped us with our unusual request for memory foam topper for our caravan beds. He was patient well mannered and took the time to help us to get the right product for us at a very competetive price. Excellent customer service, thanks.

I have dealt with Dreams on about 4 occasions to purchase beds and as I am permanently disabled I needed a decent mattress as my broken back issue deteriorated dramatically after lifting my bedridden wife for 5 months before she died, the help and advice i was given to decide on the best mattress within the money available to me was excellent, I will not hesitate to use Dreams again, I purchased a mattress from Amazon last year, what a big mistake, I should have gone to Specsavers Oops I mean Dreams :-) :-)

The staff member(alex - I think) was helpful but gave us time on our own to make up our minds without being hassled.
