Nick served me and was so helpful and polite.

The salesman (Nicholas) offered assistance early on but was not at all pushy. He gave us plenty of time to try a variety of mattesses to ascertain the better produft to suit our needs; actively encouraging us to try different types and grades of firmness. He demonstrated a good knowledge of the products available, offering examples of personal experience where appropriate, and allowing us to decide on the product to purchase with gratefully accepted guidance. The products on display were sufficient to get a feel for the variety of types, makes and grades of firmness available, to allow a more tailored choice to be made. The showroom itself is perfectly adequate, if a little tired "around the edges". Have purchased previously from this store and will gladly do so in the future; we would also happily recommend to others.

Nick frost was excellent, very knowledgeable and provided suggestions and options without pressure. We took ages deciding exactly what we wanted and again Nick was great with us and our daughters. The whole process was smooth and fully explained. A big thanks to both Nick and Joe, can't wait for our delivery.
