Nicholas served us and was polite, concise and very helpful, but also giving us time to relax and try out all the different beds and options available. He was very knowledgable and made us feel very welcome, giving us tea/coffee during our visit. At no time did we feel pressured to buy anything, but we were made to feel that our custom was valued and that if our choices were not 100%, we had the possibility to try out our purchase and alter our decision if it was necessary afterwards. We received excellent service throughout our visit and will have no hesitation in recommending Dreams to others.

We were able to peruse at our leisure before someone came up to us to ask if we needed any help. We were very well informed on all the products we asked about and given excellent advise on what was good quality and value without being pushed to buy anything which made our shopping experience easy. The colleague we spoke too was extremely helpful with any questions we asked and went out of his way to look for the products we were after and recommend certain ones that suited our needs. He even offered to take down the bed as it we were after the last one in store so that we could have it the next day if we wanted too even though it was a busy bank holiday day. When it came to setting up our delivery and finance details we were passed on to another colleague who was just as helpful and nice and it didn't take long at all to complete this. we were offered tea and coffee and there was nothing they didn't know or advise on. The delivery date was nice and quick and myself and my partner left very happy, looking forward to our new bed being delivered.
