Nick R was friendly and helpful and took tome to run through various available products

The salesman, Nicholas, had knowledge of all the products available and guided us to a ( hopefully) a purchase which suits our needs and also appreciated my wife's disability and took this into account with choice Pointed out benefits of certain products against others

the salesman Nicholas was very helpful and knowledgable about all products andmade this purchase very easy .

we were the only customers. the sales assistant was helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy or overbearing.

You said you would deliver at end March. You did – on 27 March. You said you would call me with a delivery time on the morning of delivery. You did. You said you would fully assemble the bed for me. You did. Impressive.

Not necessarily Dreams fault, but i spent over my budget which reflects in my opinions. I liked the product so decided to spend more than i wanted to.

Prices not discussed before going through process and not asked what our budget was

Prices were very expensive
