Product was expensive. £1950 Told mattress was in stock at time of expressing interest but when placing the order was advised delivery would be 3 weeks

Karen was very helpful from the minute we walked in. She took us over to the sleep match and helped us find a bed and mattress within. She understood our situation and budget. She was friendly and was of great help.

I booked a time to get assessed for what mattress we need (Sleepmatch) I made it clear we do not know what kind of mattress we should buy. In the store, the assistant asked what mattress I had looked at online & instantly took us to test it. No other mattress types were suggested or tried, even though I explicitly told him our current mattress hurts me when sleep on it & that I don't have anything to compare if this one I was testing in the store is better than something else. The assistant asked if I feel supported when lying down & that that was what I should look for. We booked a time to get us on Sleepmatch, however this was not offered, or even mentioned, and instead tried one mattress and felt like it was the only choice available (it had an offer going, which I believe was ending soon). I am certainly hoping the mattress we get delivered is really going to be bloody perfect, otherwise I'm not going to be happy.
