The only issue was the three weeks' delivery time. Not the fault of the sales person but had hoped to receive it sooner.

Whilst we were offered and did use the Sleep Match service the mattress and base on that bed were quite high and it was tricky to get onto. Being sited right in the corner of the showroom made it difficult to access it with my disability. The Manager was absolutely excellent throughout and worked hard to overcome any obstacle and to ensure we got everything we needed

Not highly satisfied but very satisfied. to be highly satisfied would mean triple the stock

It was a rather quick experience, mainly because of the way I shop, that there wasn’t really a chance for any highly satisfying moments. As for the cleanliness, the biggest problem was the location and architecture of the building.
