There was a wide range of mattresses to choose from. I was particularly satisfied with the service and knowledge I received from Nicholas. He understood what I was after and suggested specific mattresses which I wanted. There was immediate availability of my mattress with a quick delivery too which suited me. His product knowledge was very good which assured me.

Sales person very helpful but cannot understand why he was so reluctant to show us the results of the computer test. He kept it well away from us - so is it just a gimmick?

the items I found on line to compare instore, were not available. I was not advised if another branch stocked these items. Mattresses vary so much, that they do NEED to be TESTED. The website did not say that they items were only available on line either

We visited this store twice in as many days, firstly to obtain a quote and then to place an order. We spoke with one colleague on the first day who certainly knew his stuff! I felt disappointed that we were unable to order there and then as he had definitely earned the sale. I hoped to place the order with him when we had our finances sorted at a later date. We obtained a quote and returned the next day. The colleague we had spoken to the previous day wasn’t there so we spoke to someone else who seemed slightly reluctant to serve us (although only through body language and mannerism, he said the right things) it made us feel like we had interrupted whatever he was doing on the computer which felt slightly awkward and uncomfortable. Not as friendly and welcoming as before.

The item we wanted was out of stock, the time frame for delivery is quite long and am having to have 2 seperate deliveries of my items that I did choose. The staff were very helpful though just a shame about delivery

Was hoping to take advantage of the offer of 60% off,but this did not apply to our choice of mattress.

Your customer service needs to improve at the Crawley store. 2 arrogant men who need a slap
