Service was excellent- it just would have been nice to have a bit more quality choice in our price range - £400. Also the Crawley store isn’t that inviting in terms of appearance.

You can never be highly satisfied in any store there is always room to improve in retail. Offer specials, free gifts etc. Offer free assembly after you have paid so much for a bed set. Just small things that was missing

It was just there was only one person serving. He was with customers which made me feel awkward asking help but he was great, acknowledged us and was happy to help and knowledgeable

I originally placed an order online and it was a little confusing, so would have liked to be able to cancel that part instore and not had to have emailed to do so.

There was only one assistant for the whole store (on a Sunday). He was serving another couple so I had to wait until he had helped them but not very long.
