I bought an ex display mattress and one of the staff still allowed shoppers to sit on the mattress whilst I was purchasing it. I had to ask them to ask the shopper to not sit on it and then the staff member swiftly packaged the bed up. The staff member selling me the mattress accidentally undercharged me so I had to pay the difference the following day.

We were left to our own devices for a while, never shopped for a mattress before so didn’t really know what I was looking for, however once the chap did speak to us he was very knowledgable. The main issue I had was that the only soft mattress you offered was for £1399, which was way over my budget. I was looking for a soft mattress but had to go for a medium one due to the lack of options. May be something to think about in terms of custom you could be losing based on the fact you only have one option for a soft mattress

The cost for mattresses are very high but to get what we wanted we had to spend more than our budget.

The price of the bed we were looking at was not advertised at the same price as it was online. When we asked the member of staff they did say the online price was correct once all the discounts were calculated but it hadn't been displayed correctly. The staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and happy to help us.

On the ticket should be an easier layout of the breakdown in price explaining the price together and the price seperate. Most of the time it easy to see but i have noticed when you try and mix and match it does not stand out and may need to ask a member of staff to confirm
