The assistant didn't seem overly happy that we arrived at 7.15, he wasn't overly friendly or helpful. Although if we asked a question he responded knowledgeably

We were satisfied with the experience at Dreams, which is why we made the purchase. Did not visit anywhere else to know if the purchase price was reasonable, and haven't received the delivery yet to comment on quality. However, Nicholas was very knowledgeable and helpful and was available to answer all questions, which have us confidence to make a purchase.

I was fairly satisfied with the sales person he explained the different types of mattresses very well and clearly and made it easier for me to purchase the correct one for my disabled cousin. A fairly satisfied answer is a fair assessment on my visit and purchase

We had previously purchased a similar product within 12 months which when asked from staff they found. Staff did not ask if they could assist within 10 mins from us entering the store until we asked for them to identify our previous purchase.

Because of the price of the product even though it was 50% off still in my opinion the price was very high of the mattress.

Some of the beds I had seen online were not available to try but the main ones were there so that wasn't a problem.

No reason, was good service just didnt have the wow factor to become highly satisfied
